Day of Trial Felony Dismissal

On the day of trial, Brett Lovins successfully obtained a case dismissal for his client when the Commonwealth failed to proffer sufficient evidence to prove its case. Brett’s client was accused of forging a Registry of Motor Vehicles document. The felony charge originated in the Dedham District Court.
