Larceny of a Motor Vehicle Case Dismissed

Brett Lovins successfully obtained a pretrial dismissal for his client accused of larceny of a motor vehicle when the Commonwealth failed to produce the registered owner to prove its case. The charge originated in the Malden District Court.
