Positive Outcome on OUI Case

Brett Lovins was able to negotiate a positive outcome for his client who was facing serious charges relating to a motor vehicle stop and allegations of driving under the influence of drugs (OUI/DUI), negligent operation, and driving the wrong way on a highway. Under the agreement reached with the prosecutor in the case, multiple charges were dismissed and the only remaining charge, which was continued without a finding, will be dismissed after the client satisfies probationary conditions. This case originated in the Peabody District Court.
