Brett Lovins secured a favorable outcome in Concord District Court for his client accused of several violent crimes. The client had previously been detained on dangerousness grounds with predecessor counsel. After Brett was retained, Brett persuaded the court to reconsider its ruling from the dangerousness hearing and his client was released pending trial, which permitted his client to secure full-time employment and access counseling and other social services in the community. The case was ultimately resolved without any further period of incarceration, enabling Brett's client to continue working full-time and building on the progress he had made since his pretrial release.

Brett Lovins obtained a dismissal of his client’s criminal motor vehicle charge involving allegations of operating a motor vehicle after a license suspension.
